About Our Business

CNB Solutions was started on March 5th, 2004.  At the time, Founder and senior consultant
Robert Ruiz was managing accounts for Allegiance Telecom.  While making his field visits,
he ran into a small company who was on the brink to file for chapter 11.  While sitting down
with the President/owner and soliciting business for Allegiance, it was brought to Roberts
attention that the company had no need for phone lines since they were about to go
bankrupt.  Right away Robert clicked into management mode!  You see in the past 20 years
Robert has managed many businesses to success.  Right away Robert left the sale behind
and asked the owner questions about the business, to make a long story short, the
conversation went on for at least 3 hours.  Robert left the office minus a sale, but left content
that he was able to shed some light on the problems that this business had accrued
through negligence and time.  Two days later Robert was contacted by the owner and was
offered his first business consulting agreement, CNB Solutions was born.  Robert Ruiz is
now independent and is taking his business personal.

Until today Robert Ruiz and his colleagues  ran a referral business.  Though they are
offering their services to the public they will still remain very selective on who I help. What do
we mean by selective?  We only help those small companies that allow themselves to be
helped and want to be helped.  This is why our interview and analysis of the situation
remains free of charge.  What business owners don't realize, if your not focused, nothing
will change.  Change requires full time dedication, from you, your staff and your family as
well.

team lives and practices under a strict ethical code, which allows us to be selective.  We live
by  "it's not about the money, it's about whether or not we can provide solutions for your
situation"  We give 100% of our time, we expect 100% of yours.  Our main objective is to find
solutions for your business situation.  We don't take on projects that we can't find solutions
for.   Our main priority is to get your business back on track and profitable.
